The Gold Star Memorial Marker is a relatively new addition to National Garden Clubs programs. It is to honor families of those whose loved ones served our country and paid the ultimate price. So when you see a Gold Star Marker, pause and reflect on the sacrifices made for us in this country. Remember all of these families.
